Meet our CEO

Nancy Caponi is the CEO and Vice President of Delivery Services for Caponi Performance Group.  She is responsible for much of the training and follow-through services.  Nancy also brings a broad background to CPG attained over the past twenty-five years to the business. Her varied background includes running her own services company, software development, sales, technical sales support, sales management, consulting, and training experience. Being more technical than Barry, Nancy’s strengths lie in consulting sales, technical pre-sales and alliance sales. She has been recognized during her career as both a successful individual performer and a manager.

Her industry focus was the software industry, working for both medium sized companies such as Vitria Technology, Informix Software and Information Builders, and multi-billion dollar sized companies such as Computer Associates and Monsanto.

Nancy has a high-energy style that motivates and informs.  Her sales training and expert sales support background makes her an excellent and experienced trainer with a sales background to boot.  Nancy has developed the cold calling role-plays that help advance others to become top performers.  The depth of her consulting background lend her talents in developing top-notch sales best practices for her customers.
